The Witch Market Barcelona is back for its 4th edition. This event, centred on the fantasy literature phenomenon, will be held in the historic building of the University of Barcelona on 23 and 24 November 2019.
The Witch Market and the fantasy genre
For years now the fantasy genre has been a real phenomenon, with readers of all ages. Its greatest exponent is undoubtedly Harry Potter and the world of Hogwarts, which is sure to be very much present at the Witch Market.
And it is precisely this fantasy universe that the organisers of The Witch Market want to recreate: a magical setting in which exhibitors also get involved, putting creativity ahead of merchandising and small artisans ahead of big retailers.

Over the two days of the Witch Market, alongside the craft market there will be lots of activities such as workshops, talks, screenings, photocalls, raffles, competitions, games, exhibitions, choirs, escape rooms… you can even learn to play Quidditch.
