Fira de Santa Ll\u00facia is the most popular Christmas market in Barcelona <\/strong>and has been held since 1786, so this year it celebrates 250 years.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The market is located along the Avenida de la Catedral in Barcelona<\/strong>, undoubtedly a privileged location which gives it an extra special magic, and it has over 270 stops where we can find all kinds of Christmas decorations, especially the more traditional ones in Catalonia:
\n* Nativities, figures and decorations: everything you need to build your Nativity, with landscape accessories such as bridges, fountains, pots and demons, wallpapers to recreate the night of the birth, moss, sawdust … and many different characters amongst which you will find different types of Caganer, a very typical Catalan figure that will make you laugh.
\n* Christmas trees, both real and artificial, lighting and accessories for decoration, caga-ti\u00f3s (a Catalan tradition on which we beat a log that defecates candies and sweets) and other holiday plants.
\n* Christmas and tambourines instruments, bagpipes, and crafts of all kinds.<\/p>\n

This year a giant Caga-Ti\u00f3 has also been placed, a fun activity for children that completes the offer of the Fira de Santa Ll\u00facia, one of the “musts” in Barcelona <\/strong>during this holiday season.<\/p>\n

Hotel Paseo de Gracia is a low-budget hotel located in the center of Barcelona and to get to the Fira de Santa Ll\u00facia you can go underground, it\u2019s only 3 stops, or walk about 20 minutes on foot while walking along the Paseo de Gracia and portal de l’Angel.<\/p>\n
